Qiuquan Wang works at College of Chemistry & Chemical Engineering of Xiamen University as a full professor of chemistry.
He graduated from Gunma University Japan with a degree of Doctor of Engineering in March 1998.
After working as a postdoctoral fellow at Xiamen University for two years (1998-2000), he has been working there ever since.
His research interests include:
1) development of new methodology for atomic and mass spectrometry;
2) design and fabrication of novel chromatographic stationary phases, as well as
3) study of pathogenic mechanisms of persistent toxic substances in the environment and biosystem.
So far, he, together with his colleagues, has published more than 100 peer-review research/review articles, obtained more than 10 authorized invention patents, and trained more than 100 doctoral and master’s students.
During the same period, he has been invited to give over 100 plenary/invited talks at reputed international and national conferences.
Currently, he serves as a co-editor for Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry.
