We are hosting Professor Katarzyna Wróbel from the University of Guanajuato

From July 14 to August 13, 2025, the University of Warsaw Biological and Chemical Research Centre is hosting Professor Katarzyna Wróbel, from the University of Guanajuato (Mexico).

The purpose of the visit is to jointly analyze and develop the results of research carried out as part of a project focused on the characterization of plants used by communities living in South America, with particular emphasis on Peru.

The project is being developed in collaboration with the Universidad Católica de Santa María in Arequipa (Peru), with which the University of Warsaw maintains active cooperation. One of the outcomes of this collaboration will be a joint scientific publication.

During her stay, Professor Wróbel and the CNBCh UW team are also working on concepts for future research projects and plans for international scientific exchange.
