SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL COOPERATION BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF WARSAW AND VIETNAM: PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE

Conference language: Polish or Vietnamese (with simultaneous translation into Polish and Vietnamese)

Fee: free

Objectives:

– to honour scientists for the achievements of training and scientific research cooperation between the University of Warsaw and Vietnam over the past 75 years;
– to promote  the book “We are from the University of Warsaw – memories of Vietnamese graduates” edited by Prof. Anna Wysocka and Prof. Vu Cao Minh;
– to mobilise the governments of the two countries and international organisations to support and sponsor research and training cooperation programms between Vietnam and Poland, particularly the construction
of the Polish-Vietnamese Tropical Research Centre in Vietnam (the University of Warsaw is the host institution on the Polish side).
